Ideal for B2B or international sellers, the app lets customers self-identify as VAT exempt and removes tax from their orders accordingly. This helps create a seamless checkout experience, maintain compliance, and improve customer satisfaction. Add a VAT exempt Form On Cart Page. Monitor VAT exemption claims in your Shopify admin. Enable VAT exemption for selected products only. Show product prices with or without tax. Ask customers to upload files for VAT claim approval.

Support has been extremely helpful, and the app works out the box with product mapping. Each time i've queried anything about my setup, they've made an update to suit my use case / explained what needs to change on my side. Really please with the support given.

This app does not perform as advertised. It does not handle any tax calculation or VAT deduction. It forces us to manually disable Shopify’s built-in “charge tax” setting, which already removes VAT at checkout. The only function it provides is a tax exemption declaration form.
