Very poor support experience. I contacted support about two simple issues: a gap appearing above the widget and the section above it, and not being able to change the arrow colours. Support asked for the website URL so they could check the issue. I provided the URL, but more than 12 hours later there has still been no response. These are basic issues, so the lack of timely support makes me concern...

Save your money and transfer to MOAST!!! I'm telling you, this is the best app for videos. I tell everyone to use this. Others are charging like $100/month or crazy usage fees on vimeo. This is your best option. Love them!

Really great app. You can easily add content from your Instagram & Tiktok feeds plus other sources. Even with the free version, you can create multiple feeds (so we have one with more educational content on our blog area, and one with tagged content elsewhere etc). I needed some help with styling, but they were really helpful via the chat and quickly got it sorted for me.
