We had high hopes for this app, but the 'Mystery Discount' feature is fundamentally broken. The app 'locks in' a promo code on a user’s first visit (which support confirmed), yet if the user refreshes the page, the popup displays a completely different discount percentage. This creates a massive trust issue with customers who think they are getting one deal only to have another applied at checkout...
