Navidium has been working great for us. Their team helped with the setup and even assisted with a theme switch soon after we had added it to our theme. Support was great! So far, so good with the app. Switched from another insurance company and love that we're getting to retain revenue and actually assist our customers with replacing orders that get lost instead of their claims getting denied.

When Shopify made changes in early 2025, our opt-in rate dropped to near zero and we continued to be billed for approximately 10 months. Features are good but, at least on our Shopify Plus store, the app backend was really glitchy. It wouldn't save settings, it would revert back to previous settings and entries, it would reset things like cart % to charge, max and min cart, pop-up messages, etc. We deleted it. Way too much hassle.

So many bugs. They were pleasant to work with but worked very slow. Took them days to make small changes and then the app would start having random issues. It's too bad, because the claim portal is a great tool to have but I just can't use this with the amount of bugs it has.
