Things happen and mistakes are made. What really tells you who you are dealing with is how a company responds when something does not go perfectly — and Ninja Print on Demand, especially Victoria Caceres, went above and beyond to make everything right. I had some quality-control issues with a sample order, and from the moment Victoria became involved, the level of communication, accountability, a...

NinjaPOD has made it much easier to add custom products to our Shopify store without having to worry about inventory or fulfillment. The setup is straightforward, and the Product Studio is simple to use when creating designs and mockups. I also like the variety of apparel, bags, hats, and other products available, which gives us plenty of options to test new designs. The order and fulfillment proc...

NinjaPOD has been a really convenient solution for adding print-on-demand products to our Shopify store. The product selection is great, and the process of creating and publishing products is straightforward without adding unnecessary complexity. I also appreciate the print quality and the overall ease of managing orders.

Awesome app. We've only got one shirt so far, a branded one for customers to get as a thank you with big orders or reviews, but it's been smooth as heck. No complaints from us and we've even got some 5 stars on the shirt itself.

The new app is great; I had a few questions, and the service was wonderful! Quick answers to my DUMB questions. Very happy!

— WagALotBowWow

I had quite the ordeal with connecting my bank to Ninja. However, Justyn in support was able to figure out my error in entering the information; thereby eliminating days of frustration and some tears on my part. Stellar work Justyn

I was able to get help when I needed it by chatting with Justyn, it was quick and easy

The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.

This app is Awesome! Everything about it makes sense for a new business owner or someone who wants to make Passive Income! Justyn was a big help walking me through the process! Can't wait to start making and selling apparel.

— TG FIT

Justyn was AMAZING!! I lost my artwork and he was able to retrieve it from Ninja Printhouse! He went above and beyond! The customer service is excellent!!

**Update as of 6/17/26*** We have had a significant uptick in our store volume and NPOD has done amazing. I have to give a shout out to Justyn and the Customer Service team for handling any individual issues that come up so quickly and helpfully, and Omar and the reprint team for getting any 'oopsies' fixed and out the door quickly. Thanks everyone, you are a huge part of our success! Have to giv...

Customer service was very helpful. I'm new to print on demand and they were very prompt with their response and request for help. All of the samples that I've ordered look fantastic and they have a very nice selection of blanks. As someone new to this their app is very easy to use and intuitive. I'm sure my customers will be as happy with the products as I am.

— Martha Rocks!

had multiple bad experiences. Design studio does not transfer to whats actually printed. had multiple issues with size. product never came out how it was displayed in design studio. they will change the printed design without telling you. inventory is an issue and you are expected to do inventory yourself. Do NOT use Ninja POD for anything unless you dont care about your company.

Terrible. The products did not correspond with my shopify. I have had to deal with multiple refunds and have been delayed on my plans for a few weeks now. Nobody to talk and fix the problem just an emailer, this department and shopify should not continue to work together.

can edit things after they have been posted. theres no way to save it? its glitchy

I’m deleting this app from my store. I paid for an order, waited three weeks, and then they cancelled my order without any notice or communication. That is unacceptable, especially when you’re running a business and depending on orders to be fulfilled on time. If there was an issue, I should have been contacted before the order was cancelled. The lack of communication caused delays and made the w...

VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! STARTED A NINJA PODs, THEY REFUSE TO FULFIL MY CUSTOMER'S ORDERS YET THEY TAKE MY CUSTOMER'S MONEY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NINJA PODs EITHER!!! TERRRIBLE IDEA BY THE WAY, SO AS I WAIT FOR A SERIES OF POINTLESS NO EFFORT EMAILS, MY CUSTOMER IS IN LIMBO! SO NOW BY EXTENSION OF NINJA I TOO PROVIDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. and why do you of...

this app is one o the worst app I've dealt with, They charge too much $$ to send back a product that looks cheap.. Didnt know its a screen print company only.. I'm deleting my account.. To Shopify not all apps are good apps, know who you do business with.. minus 5 star

— Swaggerdad

I was not happy with customer service I experience. Agents acted as if they did not want to assist. The add I saw and information given on the ai bot of company site said i could up load a mock up to show how I wanted design. But was told that was not true. It showed metallic designs but was told they do not do the metallic its matte. I am very unhappy
