We use Packtrack to track packaging costs and materials across every order so we're never caught short on inventory. The interface is clean and intuitive — not a given with ops tools. What keeps us loyal is the team. They listened to our feedback and actually built a custom feature we requested. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it makes a real difference.

Installing the app was difficult, it showed me 404 error and only worked when I opened it via the apps manager in Shopify settings. Also the app does not seem to allow me to assign per unit and per order depletions - only per unit.
