10/10, this is the countdown timer you should use. I don't often leave reviews, but this is an excellent product. Easy to use right out of the gate. The customer service is also unmatched.. Didn't work for my store as it covered up our menu. Now for over a week I have been trying to get the developer to remove it from my storefront. Customers are not able to access the menu what so ever. They said they would help and then they have ghosted me.

Never worked for me. I contacted support and they never bothered to address the issue. The answer I got: "Looks like you might have found a bug. I've sent this over to our engineers. I’ll get back to you once we have an update on this" But then I never got an update.

This App is super glitchy. I downloaded and upgrade it thinking it was because I was on a free version and it was still impossible to use. It freezes when you are trying to customize your timer. I absolutely would not recommend this app to ANYONE.

Just installed it and paid the $5 plan. We tried to do a simple sticky countdown timer banner. It's a very simple task. However there are 2 major issues that caused us to uninstall immediately. First, even at the smallest setting, the banner takes up a third of the space making it very hard to navigate our store.
