FYI this app only supports 1000 items. It isn't stated anywhere, so there's no way for you to know without asking. We have an extensive catalog with more than 10k items on preorder. The funny thing is that this app worked perfectly for us with that many items on pre-order for close to a year. Then - poof - overnight all of our settings/collections disappeared and the app stopped working. Contacted...

Absolute useless App, nothing works even though its all setup correctly. No customer support availabe on the weekends is a no go. Do not install this trash!

The worst app. Do not waste your time and money even. The app caused such a mess in both our stores ( we used it for 2 of our stores). It randomly put our items for pre-order. The support did not provide any reasonable explanations or solutions. The app works okay. It probably could work better and have better interface, but it does what it supposed to do. Recently we experienced issue with the app and unfortunately realised how unprofessional developer's support is and slow to resolve a critical for business issues. Support was so unprofessional that we will be looking to replace the app.

App works intended, and customer support has been very quick and helpful. If you don't have a developer, install the app and then reach out to customer support. It's likely your theme will need some work/tweaking.
