Laura from PrimeLab's support team is incredible. I requested for a refund after shopify accidentally charged my acct. even though I have uninstalled the app. Laura expeditiously and assuringly followed through the process until approval. Wow, what an incredible find! This app offers an abundance of customization options, seamlessly integrating into my store. Installation and usage were a breeze, and any queries I had were promptly addressed by their stellar support team—truly exceptional service! Since implementing it, my average order value has skyrocketed - it's definitely worth every penny.

I had 57 add-to-carts and only 3 conversions until I discovered that Prime Bandles was automatically duplicating orders. Many people saw that and didn't buy. They haven't fixed it yet.

Just look at the other reviews regarding scam. Edit: I was refunded after I contacted them. Though they did send me like 7 emails (1 a day) asking me to take the review down after the refund; so make of that what you will.

Completely greys out the variants if it isn't available in the selected size or color and won't let you choose any other available options at all. Extremely frustrating. This app caused issues during setup. My variant options were not displaying, but after disabling the app, they appeared again. I'm now switching to a different app.
