Good tech and customer support, and friendly team members.

— Eternal Spirit

Boost AI Search & Filter has been super beneficial for our online store. We made the decision to move on from a similar platform that was no longer serving the quality it should. Thank you for the support and CSM team that has helped us get up and running so quickly. Thank you Abuzar for being so efficient.

Great app with even better support! Always going over and above to help with questions, with a very fast response time.

— MTESolutions

This app gave us a lot of flexibility in setting up our filters. Support has been very responsive whenever I have needed help. I definitely would recommend it!

The team at Boost is extremely helpful, it can be a little tricky trying to get features to work (for us it's because we have a super custom theme) but the boost team is always quick and responsive to jump in and help out with whatever we need!

Recently deleted thousands of products, to get pricing to reflect the new realities only to discover that Boost has changed pricing, to more than double just recently and that even with an almost halving of the number of products, that no price adjustment was available as it used to be. Been using the app for years and having prices raised like this without warning is extremely upsetting. Not at a...

Setup didn't go as planned unfortunately, support tried to help but when it worked it actually looked worse than my native filters and grid. Not worth the hassle.

— CoffeeCo

After years of using the app they want to add a $122 monthly fee to by bill with no explanation. Three time i have connected with live chat support to ask about the increase and all three time no one could give me an answer. They want to try and up sell me on there new GMV plans that take a % of revenue. Crazy business model to treat existing customers this way after years of subscription. Ask for...

Update August 2026 (shocking news) Deception and scams – you’re made invisible if you don’t pay enough, and you’re told that if you want to be visible, you have to buy a certain feature. Meanwhile, the app takes your products offline from Google! Following an in-depth SEO audit, it appears that the app takes parts of your product and collection pages offline for google. This means that deep wit...

Boost AI app set our products to “no index” for Google search console in five markets for almost a month now! We have zero visible products in those markets anymore. Financial losses in the thousands.

— BINS AND BOXES

We've been using Boost for quite a few years. While it is robust it's clear that this thing is held together by some bubble gum and masking tape. ANY CHANGE you want to make is THEME specific and you have to get a developer involved or their team. Want to block a page from appearing in the search results? BOOST has to change that manually. Want to automate things and use something like Launchpad t...

** NEW UPDATE BACK TO 1-STAR ** IF YOU HAPPEN TO CHAT WITH MAX DO NOT EVEN TRY. SIMPLY RUNNNNNNN FOR YOUR LIFE. HE WILL WASTE YOUR HOURS AND HOURS AND NOT COMPREHEND EVEN BASIC THINGS!!!!!!!!! ** NEW UPDATE BACK TO 1-STAR ** *ANOTHER UPDATE: THEY TAKE 5 to 15+ minutes between each of their replies and this gets infinitely worse since most reps are going in CIRCLES vs. being on topic* {BOOST TEAM...
