Chat was very easy to use and I got the answers I needed right away. They were also able to suggest some changes to enhance the customer experience and caught a setting that I missed that could have allowed people to add products in the cart without paying. Fantastic app with tons of flexibility! Recently reached out to support regarding an issue and they helped out very quickly. Shopify's default variant system is very limited, so if you're needing more customization (Such as color pickers, and other things that should be a base feature in Shopify...) definitely grab this app.
