shopify integration seems to be great

Catalog management is broken inside the Reddit Ads app, which makes the app essentially useless for running product-based ads. Shopify says the issue is something Reddit needs to fix. Reddit says it is something Shopify has to fix. Pretty simple set up and direct connection to Shopify Catalog. So far, Dynamic Catalog Ads are having a pretty high return. Overall easy to use with no problems so far.
