The WhatsApp quote feature is especially useful because it allows my customers to connect with me directly and makes managing quote inquiries much easier. I also love how convenient the app is for handling quote requests and staying connected with customers. The support team is outstanding! They respond quickly, are alw...

Great app. Support was very responsive. Recommended!

— Magswitch Technologies

After installing several budgeting apps, this one best met my store's requirements (both in terms of rules and visuals). Initially, I had problems with the text translation (as with other apps in the same category), but the support team resolved it quickly and now it's 100%. I recommend it.

— SHOPPING MATRIZ

Jay was very helpful in adjusting the position of the button on our site, so we are thankful for that!

Support was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with my theme. The app works great, is easy to use, and does exactly what I need. I’m very happy with both the app and the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Great App with good customer service.

— LumeaPump

Slow reply time via Whatsapp and when allowing their team access to my store to fix the issue, I heard nothing back for 4 weeks. Furthermore, after configuring the emails correctly and setting everything up, I didn't receive notifications when a customer had requested a quote and nearly...

— Igloo Escape

They had great support team and quick response at the beginning but after a while, the customized app malfunctioned. Contacted them several time and in different way, never heard anything back.

Have been using this app for a little while. For a smaller business, this one is fairly easy to integrate into the workflow. Support has been pretty good in my experience.
