We spent seven weeks trying to set up Rivo and were never able to launch because of a technical issue on their side with the advocate reward not auto-applying. We went through every troubleshooting step they asked, recreated API keys and ran multiple test purchases, but the issue was never resolved. Rivo has been great so far, they've assisted with any issues I've had in reasonable times! Abbie et al have provided phenomenal assistance throughout our time with Rivo!

She was very quick and solved my problem.

We encountered an issue preventing integration with Klaviyo, which proved challenging to resolve. The problem was escalated to Rivo's engineers for troubleshooting. After concerted efforts from the entire team, we finally resolved this integration issue.

Arianne was very helpful and broke down the information I needed.

I submitted a query about finding customers while using the app as it was not doing this via the customer email. Abbie replied within a short period of time giving me an alternative option to search via customer name which solved the problem.

Love love love. I tried them all and sticked to this one. Super UI. Easy to use, important features even on basic plan. Great support, especially Arianne.

So far I'm finding it hard to get in contact with their support team. Their app says 24/7 customer support. I find I can only get a response late in the evening, which makes the migration hard when unable to get a response from customer support.

Not user-friendly at all. Unless you have a dev, out-of-the-box features don't work or are very glitchy.
