Update - July 2025 I uninstalled the app like they said and I wouldn't be charged. I was still charged. I reached out to Shopify they said to reach out to the app support. I did this, they gave me a link to a Shopify article that was useless and to reach out to Shopify Support. I hate the run around. Support is not helpful in solving clients problems. I would expect someone to help solve genuine issues especially having been using the app for so many months and not having bothered for support at all!
