I have found this app very easy to use, and the support service is really responsive as well. Every time I've had a question, I've found it in their extensive Help log OR gotten a quick and thorough response from their support team. Thank you Seal Subscriptions!

Useless app, just like Shopify's own app. You can't set quantities. If you create two plans (delivery every 3 or 6 months, etc.), it always uses the price for 1 item as a reference for the discounted price. This means that the customer would receive 1 product every 3 months, not 3.

Horrible customer service, if you can call it that. It takes 24+ hours because they are in the UK and I'm in the US, for one. They have no one else offering help if not in UK hours. The general reply is that there is a video to figure it out, or it's Shopify's fault, and it doesn't do that. There is no willingness to help figure anything out, and the attitude is horrible. They do not serve the cus...

Good app. Lacks proper explanations of features and how they work/what they do. I turned on the retry credit card if the auth failed. So it retried 10x and left 10 different pending transactions on their credit card statement. So I got a $150 chargeback. And I'm a new store so the $150 is the last of my worries. The dispute % is.
