We moved from Dawn to a new paid theme (Whisk) and after getting everything moved over, realized that the second image on hover was not available on our theme. After reaching out to shopify and the theme developer with no resolution, I found this app in the Shopify Forum as a solution. The app didn't initially work with my theme. Provided instant help to stop the 2nd image having a transparency, set by my website's theme. Now it works great, and instantly, and the live chat support was incredibly helpful. Would recommend. Cheapest I've seen for this functionality.

A very bad experience. No response at all after installation. No online customer service on the app to provide help. No one responds to emails sent, do not recommend downloading.
