Sendcloud is een top verzendplatform waarbij onze orders supervlot verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. De klantenservice is ook super, vriendelijk en vlot!

Due punti dolenti 1. Se c'è qualche problema con le spedizioni, bisogna prima aprire il ticket con Sendcloud (non lo si può fare direttamente con il corriere a meno che non si collegano i propri contratti) e poi loro devono contattare il corriere di riferimento. Quindi si perde tantissimo tempo prezioso ed il cliente ne risente. Quindi consiglio di abilitare dei contratti personali e collegarli...

Bin weitestgehend zufrieden. Hatte in letzter Zeit mit einigen Bugs zu kämpfen. Speziell unter Windows gab es immer wieder Probleme mit der Anbindung des Druckers vor allem nach Systemupdates von Windows. Nutze Sendcloud aber seit über 5 Jahren und kann sonst nichts negatives berichten. Macht was es soll und wenn es Mal Probleme gab, hilft der Support aber immer schnell aus.

Deutlich teurer als der reguläre Kauf von Labels direkt über die DHL. Versand nach NL kostet im Schnitt 14 Euro. SendCloud berechnet 25 Euro. Eigene Labels oder Trackings können nicht hochgeladen werden. Auch nicht mit Vertrag. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und irreführend.

La app es estupenda para enviar tus paquetes. TIene muchas integraciones con carriers; es intuitiva y fácil de usar. Lo malo es que continuamente presenta fallos y tienes que reportarlos para que alguien los corrija. Después de tres años con ellos, solo la sigo usando porque la competencia no ha creado una app mejor.

0 assistance. We paid for a year subscription but finally never used Sendcloud. We asked several time for a refund but still no respond after more than 10 e-mails. For selling they answer at the minute but when you have a problem and ask for help or refund or wathever nobody responds anymore.

Errores desde el primer momento, inventaron que tenía deudas con ellos en el momento del registro y que debía pagarla para usar la app. El soporte no ayuda, lo único que le interesa es saber cuantos paquetes vas a vender mensualmente y aunque respondas siguen preguntando lo mismo. Quiero destacar la cantidad de tiempo perdido en esta app
