Super App, super freundliche Mitarbeiter und super schnelle Antworten bei Fragen. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch das es sich hierbei um eine Drittanbieter App handelt - bei Fragen zu Sevdesk selbst also am besten den Sevdesk Support kontaktieren.

Great experience so far! The integration runs seamlessly, and the customer support team has been incredibly helpful, both during the setup process and whenever I encountered any challenges. Highly recommended! One small suggestion for improvement: refining some English translations and providing video tutorials in English would be a great addition.

Echt Miese Kundenabzocke, OSS stillgelegt, liegt anscheinend an SevDesk..... Naja beim teurer Buchhaltung + gibts bezgl OSS keine Probleme. Na was für ein Wunder.... wieder eine möglichkeit gefunden Kunden so auf den umstieg des um satte 10 € teureren Modeles zu zwingen.

Wir sind ein österreichisches Unternehmen und lagern das meiste in Deutschland. Lager und Versand also in Deutschland. Sevdesk kann seit kurzem keine deutsche UID mehr hinterlegen bei Rechnungen. Völlig Sinnbefreit dieses Tool.

Da bezahlt man bereits für einen Plan bei sevDesk und wird hier nochmals zur Kasse gebeten. Absolutes No Go!!!!!!!

Anfangs war ich extrem zufrieden mit der App. Leider ist die App in den letzten Wochen von extremen Ausfällen geplagt... Es werden keine Rechnungen mehr in SevDesk erstellt... wenn die App dann seiner Arbeit nachkommt werden die nicht erstellen Rechnungen auch nicht nachträglich erstellt sondern müssen Händisch nachgetragen werden was extrem viel arbeit ist. Des Weiteren bekommt man auf Anfragen...

Ich bezahle für einen 24 Monate plan und so hier nochmal bezahlen? Ein sche*ß Konzern der für alles das Doppelte möchte!!! bitte an lexoffice weiter gehen falls man nicht für alles extra zahlen möchte.

Ich hatte sie installiert und wegen falscher Einstellungen wieder deinstalliert. Jetzt versuche ich seit drei Wochen die APP wieder zu installieren. Leider lässt mich das Programm es nicht mehr zu. Ich habe schon mehrere Male versucht mit E Shop Kontakt aufzunehmen, jedoch bekomme ich keine Unterstützung. Schade da ich ein Jahresabo bezahlt habe und nichts damit anfangen kann!! Ich werde noch...
