I needed a reasonably priced app to quickly see the delivery status of my orders to identify any possible problems before customers experienced an issue. This app has bonus features of customized tracking pages which is nice. They seem to be continually making upgrades and have been responsive to my questions and requests so far.

Great app with great support. Many other apps do not correctly work with the Uk Royal Mail postal service (even though they say they do...) but this app actually does! Highly recommend.

I had some problems with setting up the app, but Daniel from customer service fixed it right away. I love that i track my DHl orders easy, so know i wont have many emails from customer complaining.

I'm the kind of person that would look at the best selling apps before choosing one. And all the top apps had failed me. All bells and no whistle. And they did not support aliexpress tracking. This app is different. it may not be aesthetically pleasing, but you get what you need, and it's not clunky at all. Most importantly, the support was responsive and helpful. Total disappointment. This app is no longer what it used to be. You pay for a service that only works halfway: 3/4 of my tracking numbers are not even traceable. Every time, the same message: 'Shipping tracker was not able to determine your shipping carrier for this tracking code, please check contact support.' And the support? It's incredibly slow, and their responses don’t offer any real solutio...

Horrible customer service and billing. They advertise a price for billing and then charge you a lot more. Do not get this app.

BE AWARE!!! They will trick you with the monthly payment but then will charge you thousands of dollars depending on your order volume. In return you will get an app full of bugs with horrible interface. USELESS and I'd give it 0 out of 5 if I could.

I added this app this past Wednesday as a free trial to try and track whether orders that had shipped from my store had been delivered. I noticed today that I was charged $337.26 by this app. I have tried reaching out to Shopify and to the app developer to resolve this issue and nothing has come of it. I was not aware that there were fees involved in a free trial.
