cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies.
