This app changed my LIFE! You won’t find a better AI customer service app. Period. It will automatically send responses from your knowledge base. The emails are well written and can be edited. You can even refund and send a replacement order out without leaving the dashboard. The customer service is top notch and any improvements we suggested during our weekly check-ins have been done within a day...

Installed the app on March 10, uninstalled it the same day after 1 hour 39 minutes. The listing clearly advertises a 14-day free trial. Despite this, I was charged the full $49 on my next Shopify bill. I emailed [email protected] on April 7 requesting a refund. No response.
