Such a helpful app! This has made our process more communicative with our customers, without having to call or email them updates manually. IT also has streamlined our process making it more efficient. It also cuts down on incoming calls inquiring on their shipments. I love this app and its capabilities!

This app is wonderful! Makes it super easy to keep our customers up to date on the status of their orders. And when changes were made and I needed assistance, not only did they respond super quickly, but they reached back out to let us know when it was updated. Superb service!

Impressive App, easy to use and intuitive design. Best of all, we can access the app from Shopify admin without opening the app. I personally think that all apps integrated with Shopify should work like that. Otherwise, it is just too much Apps to handle for merchants. Highly recommend this App!

I’m really happy I found this app! It does exactly what I needed for my website. Being able to update and email customers based on their order type is a game changer. Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.

Exactly what I needed

This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.
