it says 24/7 Customer service but it doesn't work ! Suspens !

Extremely bad service. Contacted them via WeChat but did not get any response from them after 1 hour later which eventually led to a longer wait. Currently after waiting for 4 hours still no reply despite multiple attempts to contact them.
