Pretty smooth on transfers, even did a great job on the product variables options and shipping profiles. I had to do some reformatting on text in the description areas but that was pretty easy for the burden this app carries.

Segr gutes tool um beide Shops zu synchronisieren!

— ReSandi Shop

So far, so good. I downloaded and tried several other Etsy sync apps for shopify, and this one is the best so far. It's syncing well and I can adjust shipping by product.

einfach und gut :-)

I’ve had a good experience with Etsy Sync so far. It has been helpful for linking products between Etsy and Shopify, and I would recommend it.

Einfache Bedienung, nette Support, schnell geantwortet, große Hilfe, wenn man 2 Shops hat.

They were OK until they weren't, Lackluster customer support. Wrote an email, messaged though the app 8 days prior. They have yet to do anything. No communication from humans only AI. Marie or Mary. One claims to be human but asked the exact same question that the AI bot does. Give them the info they asked for and no movement after days Extremely frustrating. In the meantime my store still has iss...

I only used this app to automatically remove items when they were marked as sold in my Shopify account. But even this feature only works intermittently. The worst part is that some Etsy items end up in the cart, and the app also mixes up the inventory (SKUs) and changes the photos. For example, someone bought your item on Etsy, but when they go to their cart, they see completely different items. I...

Worked fine for a few months. Now it's stopped working. 100s of broken links. Poor support not getting back ina timely manner. Left me high and dry for the weekend and at a big risk of oversells. Now need to find another app promptly next week. Avoid this app as it no longer works!!!

I need someone to reach out to me concerning my account at [email protected]. Once you do, I will update the review. Thanks

The app doesn't sync etsy orders back to Shopify, which results in inaccurate inventory.

— Wilderly

I wanted to like this app. Seemed good to begin with -- the only thing I wanted it to do was export products from Shopify to Etsy, and then maintain accurate inventory in both directions. However, when exporting to Etsy it creates a variation for every item, even if no variations exist in Shopify. I had to manually edit each product on Etsy to remove the variation and add that information back in....

The app does not work well. It does not sync product info (title, description at least) from Shopify to Etsy. It only works for syncing price and stock units. It is also close to impossible to get proper support, I sent multiple email and did not get anyway to get the problem solved. I definitely do not recommend it.
