The help I received when I had questions was top notch. They helped me understand what I was doing and how to fix it and I've never experienced such great customer service/ help. Would recommend them to anyone needing shipping options for their stores!

I just downloaded this app and needed help setting it up. Support logged on and helped me with setup in about 45 minutes. This app does all I needed it to do.

— A-M Gutter Guards

I just finished moving the app from test to live mode and so far everything is working exactly as expected. I was able to test without a rush thanks to the fact that they let you test the app in TEST mode for as long as you need. Their support is out of this world amazing. Very responsive and helpful, something not often see nowadays. The app is fairly customizable and flexible and allows you to d...

Really good plugin, but Brian's support has truly been excellent - thank you

— Lerwick Distillery

I highly recommend this app! I needed to apply different tax rates to different products, which was quite complicated, but the app offers enough flexible options to adapt everything to my requirements. The technical support team has been amazing. They patiently worked through the problems I had accidentally created and resolved everything within my requested timeframe. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly...

We have very complex shipping rules and ASR made it a breeze to configure them. The Customer Care team is also super helpful and friendly. ASR is one of the most important apps we have!

— Vaultek Safe Distributors

This has really helped our business over coming some issues with shipping rates and the customer service whilst setting it up has been great

— Total Clothing

Customer service is amazing! Brian jumped in to help me set up the app and figure out how it could best meet my needs. He sorted me out in about 5 minutes. He completely exceeded my expectations!!! Kevin

— Jackpoint Jackstands

Very responsive and helpful support + complex capabilities with the app - very useful!

— Sidekick

ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. Any questions or technical issues I've been able to get help with in a matter of hours. (Thanks, Brian!) They're patient and supe...

— TOMME Cheese Shop

It has the function that I need and the support that I wish every app has!

— NC Chocolatier

This app charged me twice on the same day without my consent. Instead of $9, It charged $20 with my Monthly shopify Subscription. If They will be committing this kind of Fraud, I and not going to use this app anymore. I am a very disgruntled and unsatisfied customer.

— DEVARSHY

So Expensive

— Design Panel

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

— Don's Liquors & Wine

Was recommended to use this app by Shopify support to help with eliminating combined shipping rates. Well, it does the same thing as the standard shipping profiles in Shopify and there is no way of turning off the blended rates.

— RadioActive Threads

I've loved the additional flexibility this app provides for my business and the customer support is fantastic. I had some questions on set-up and the company jumped into my set-up in under an hour and helped me resolve everything. Five stars all around!

— Audio Media Grading

I use this app to set custom rates, calculated and blended rates for products. It works so well, and makes it easy for me to only allow certain rates to show for certain products. Excellent customer support as well, very quick and helpful responses!! They are great!
