This app is extremely important for the operation of our business. When Shopify have updates sometimes it affects other apps . W3 support is very important if they get affected . We have great response from them always if there is a problem . Great app.

Unfortunately, today we found a completely unethical surprise, the developers doubled and tripled their pricing without any prior notice or communication. Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.

Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.
