WATI has been very helpful for managing our WhatsApp customer communication directly from Shopify. The platform is easy to use, and the automation features help us respond to customers more efficiently. Their support team is also responsive and willing to help whenever we have questions. Paying customer, 1+ week unresolved billing issue causing a dunning block — bank confirms no problem on my end, tried 3 cards, all failed on Wati's gateway. Support won't lift the block despite repeated escalation. Now the mobile app itself has stopped working, completely halting my business on WhatsApp. Very disappointing for a paid plan with this much impact on operations.

Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.

Some features of the app works but help is non existent they dont respond and when they do it is to ask for generic pics at 2am in the morning when no one is up and then it goes on. Ive been waiting days with no help. Extremley poor service and support. If i could give 0 stars i would

Worst app! Very hard to set up. And the worst part is, you can't remove/deregister your business, and you are now stuck as you can't use any other app. I'm too frustrated, more than 6 hours trying to deregister my number, and it's still linked.

The app has no support system in place, it's just emails giving you useless updates. We unfortunately subscribed to the annual plan and it's been a very bad experience using WATI. I hope we get our money back or someone could atleast come on a call and help us set things us. Anyway, can't recommend an app with such poor support

You cant do campaign message in Growth plan and customer service keep saying that it is due to the change in policy. After a yearly subscription i have come back to the monthly and have to find the alternate if there is no support or call form WATI team as usual. I am simply looking for refund instead of more suffer.
