I’ve been using WeTracked for a while now and it’s become an important part of my Meta ads setup. I wanted a more reliable way of making sure my conversion data was being captured and passed back to Meta properly, and WeTracked has been really useful for that. Since setting it up, I’ve had much more confidence in the data I’m seeing and in Meta having the information it needs to optimise campaign...
— Fox Rockett Studio
Fast support from real people, and better performance across Meta and Google Ads since connecting WeTracked. I’d recommend it to all webshop owners.

★☆☆☆☆ — Unreliable reporting and customer support that takes no ownership I’ve spent 10 days trying to resolve a serious reporting issue with WeTracked. Their dashboard shows approximately $5 in revenue and a ROAS of 0.01x. My cheapest product costs $19, I haven’t sold that item in the last 10 days, and my average order value is around $250. These figures make no sense for my business. I provide...

not upto the mark, reporting seems inconsistent. High ROAS in trial period after that saw drop in ROAS.
— Just One
we uninstalled the app from shopify store two days before the trial ends, however it still charged us monthly fee after 14-days.

Misleading claims and unresolved Meta Pixel errors I installed WeTracked because it claims to provide more accurate Meta tracking than Shopify’s native Facebook & Instagram app. However, my experience has been disappointing. Meta Events Manager showed two errors, including an issue indicating that the app may be sending an incorrect purchase value. Support initially told me that everything was c...

Honestly I don't see how you all have so many 5 star reviews. Waste of money!! Tracking is always off and then when you reach out to support they're no help. All they tell you is that it's tracking correctly on their end but not on yours. I pay to see correct data in my dashboard not have to reach out to support everyday to see why purchases haven't been tracking correctly.
— Xymera
Tracking works well, but why can't we export the data? For a premium-priced app, it's surprising that such a basic feature is missing. Please fix this ASAP
— Mon Épluche Légumes
This app is completely useless and provides no real value. I started using it based on recommendations from friends, but honestly, they don’t even seem to know what they’re doing themselves. They don’t provide any better tracking or improvements at all. In fact, before connecting them, my data was actually better — after integrating their system, I started receiving even more incomplete and inaccu...
— Drynimo
They will required Payment method first directly on their website. i dont trust these sort of scammer, if they are right they should provide trial without payment method for 14 days. then i believe everyone will start buying if they get difference.
