It's a reasonably solid app with good local support. A few features were left off the radar such as cubic shipping weight functionality and partial refunds through the app, but they were quick to recognise and understand the importance of these and build them in.

Sometimes features on apps defy logic. In the case of this app, when an order is part refunded in shopify, a full refund will end up going back to the customer. This has now cost us about $100 in excess refunds. Instructions on refund processing are inaccurate and impossible follow because there are so many different refund scenarios.
