I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. I would probably give it 0 stars if I could. We seemed to get off to a good start but the amount of double ups in invoices and journal entries was insane. The lack of ability to update settings without contacting support was also terrible.
