Charged me £212, despite me asking to cancel and that I don't use the app! the App, I used 1 time. It gave me really poor, unproportionate and images I could not use. I asked to cancel, yet they still charged me. AVOID!

I was using the app which I loved as it posted to all my social media accounts, but its so slow and crashes all the time ! I then tried logging on today and it says 500 internal service error and despite numerous attempts have been unable to get it to reload. I then uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall which it wont' let me do. Therefore I have lost all my months work which I already prepare...

Currently if you are not using the highest paid level they stopped sending to Tik Tok. There was no notification of this, I only found out when I noticed they were no longer showing up there. If this is how the company operates I definitely do not want to continue to use it.

I cancelled my subscription on January 23, 2026, yet I was still charged again on January 29. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. This charge was unauthorized, and I’ve now had to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointing experience, especially since I was considering using the service again in the future. Poor billing practices and lack of customer support.
