I needed help and the chat feature worked well with CWILL customer service, my rep Tessa was on in less than a minute, she asked clarifying questions, and she understood my need. Tessa then sent a couple of screen shot of actions, and written text explaining what I needed to take care of to correct my concern. The interaction was perfect!

Only after I wrote the negative review did I get any traction on not being forced into higher paid tiers. Beware when you download. They will change plans, throttle access, and try to force existing customers to pay more once they get into your store. Unsavory / unethical business practice at the very least.
