I was told that this is a "self serve" application and that I needed to read articles to answer my questions. Be aware that this app charges an additional US$30–40 for every extra 500 contacts. The costs add up quickly and become extremely expensive. I don't recommend this app. Also deleting contacts from your list won't lower the unique contact reach count for the current billing cycle.
