PulseChat: AI Sales Chatbot

The widget is clean and fully customizable. I wasn’t sure what to expect from PulseChat, but it’s clearly a great app for us. Most of my customers don’t even know that they’re talking with a bot.

It's like it knows my brand as well as I do, always giving the right info. I was skeptical that it would be too much 'AI generated' but it was very natural. The bot is made so it can talk like a human. I recommend.

It was really easy to connect PulseChat to my store (literally two clicks). The widget is simple and great, looks professional, and you can use it in a multilingual store, as it can talk in every language.

The thing that I love about your app is the fact that we can see every chat, so I can change the future bot's answers if I want to. This is clearly a huge plus among every app that I've tested before. I'll stick with this one for sure.

Since we’ve been using the app, we've had way fewer customer emails to deal with. It answers everything for them, it scrapes all of your pages in a sec and you don’t have to do anything after that. If you want the most accurate answers possible, you can play with the correction feature which we did, no regrets at all!

I've tried some ai bots before, but I love that pulschat because it is customizable according to needs. it is time savor. respond quickly even guide visiter according to client question and needs. share links to clients. and the best thing is it is gpt4 based. 10/10.
