Great customer service from Ezra. Always super quick at getting back to me and is super timely at resolving any issues.
So far pretty good. Slight issue with the Friend Referral discount code. The codes are not importing. We will see how customer support is.

Just starting but looking great! Support was really fast and useful. (UPDATE 27.08) Shelby was fast and effective! (UPDATE 04.11) Ezra helped editing the code, fixing an annoying bug! We're using the app now for 6 months and it's working perfectly. Still same improvements to add in localization/translation though.
Jade helped me navigate several questions regarding the Loyalty VIP Tier system in Smile. She was very patient and gave me the information I needed without just handing me off to blogs/tutorials. Thank you!
CSR was quick to reply and answer my questions fully. Then, they even helped us out with an open API issue.

We've had smile for about 7 years, and we were grandfathered into our plan. Last year we reached out for help and the rep advised us to upgrade to get a specific feature, we did.. but we realize the landing page was not actually functional. We downgraded that same cycle, Once we downgraded I saw that our VIP and many features that we were grandfathered into were gone and they wont let us have it b...
It’s hard to get support. I had an extended conversation with support asking unnecessary questions only for them to turn and say it has to be escalated. When it was escalated I still have yet to hear from anyone. This app is giving customers free products and up to 40% off and I did not authorize this. Please I need help or I will have to uninstall this app.
Tried to use for consignment and POS, spent hours trying to get it to work, but couldn't get an exact amount for a customer to carry over to POS. Tried support, their AI was helpful, but it took over an hour to connect me to someone and they didn't look at the issue and then just stopped replying.

I AM TRYING TO DELETE THIS APP AND CANNOT DO IT!!
There is no proper onboarding (only slow chat support) and there is a lot of things that do not work. just to name a few: 1) settings say that my mobile launcher is supposed to be on the left -> still shows up on the right side, even after waiting for over an hour 2) I created my loyalty page. Has no content. Cannot add "ways to earn" to page 3) Analytics are wrong. I had a "Member CLV" of 554 wh...

The starter plan is just ridiculous. For 50$ they dont let you do anything. worst costumer support too.
