My experience with Subi has been great so far. As an entrepreneur who is not fully intuitive with Shopify and Website management, Subi has provided great customer support to make set up, and edits easy. I have personally worked with Stella recently, and she has been incredibly helpful.

I am sitting at a 75% payment decline rate from the way this app processes card declines. Their payment links break after 1/2 years and your customers will just churn based on their poor network link with the banks/cards. Use the native Shopify Subscription app it's much better with card issues and payment declines.
